Treatment of Payee or Indorsee by Trustee. (a) The Trustee may treat the registered holder of any registered note, and the payee or indorsee of any note or debenture that is not registered, as the absolute owner thereof for all purposes hereunder and shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary, whether such promissory note or debenture shall be past due or not.
