Treatment of Payee or Indorsee by Trustees. (a) The Collateral Trustees may treat the registered Secured Holder of any registered note, and the payee or indorsee of any note or debenture which is not registered, as the absolute owner thereof for all purposes hereunder and shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary, whether such promissory note or debenture shall be past due or not.
