Treatment of Shared Intellectual Property. (a) Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the allocation of, and the rights and obligations in connection with, the Intellectual Property identified on Schedule 4.4(a) (“Shared Intellectual Property”) shall be governed by the terms of the Joint Intellectual Property Agreement.
