Trial Condition. (a) In addition to the supplies provided by the BUYER in accordance with Paragraph 3 of this Article, the BUILDER shall provide the VESSEL with the required quantity of sea and fresh water and others to bring the VESSEL to the trial condition for the BUILDER’s account.
