Trigger for the Submission of Contracts. The Grantee will submit to HUD, for prior approval, the contract documents for any contract if such approval is required by HUD under the Grantee's contract approval threshold amount (as established for the Grantee under the Comprehensive Grant Program or the Capital Fund Program, as applicable). Alternatively, contract documents must be submitted to HUD for prior approval if otherwise required or requested by HUD under 24 CFR § 85.36. Any modification of such contracts is also subject to HUD's approval before execution.
