Trigger Notice not Exclusive. If Introgen triggers the Field Negotiation Right in accordance with Section 3.1.1(b) above, it is understood that such Trigger Notice under Section 3.1.1(b) may include any Subject Area for which Introgen has previously provided a Trigger Notice in accordance with Section 3.1.1, subject to any definitive written agreements previously entered into between the Parties with respect to such Subject Area following the Trigger Notice in accordance with this Article 3.
