Common use of True Books Clause in Contracts

True Books. The Borrower will, and will cause each of the Restricted Subsidiaries to, keep true books of record and account in which full, true and correct entries (in all material respects) will be made of such dealings and transactions, and set up on its books such reserves as may be required by GAAP with respect to doubtful accounts and all taxes, assessments, charges, levies and claims and with respect to its business in general, and include such reserves in interim as well as year-end financial statements, so that the Borrower and each Restricted Subsidiary may prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
