Common use of True Books Clause in Contracts

True Books. Each Credit Party shall (or, with respect to Borrower, at all times that Servicer is an Affiliate of Borrower, shall cause Servicer to, on its behalf) (a) keep true, complete and accurate (in accordance with GAAP, except for the omission of footnotes and year-end adjustments in interim financial statements) books of record and account in accordance with commercially reasonable business practices in which true and correct entries are made of all of its dealings and transactions in all material respects; and (b) set up and maintain on its books such reserves as may be required by GAAP with respect to doubtful accounts and all taxes, assessments, charges, levies and claims and with respect to its business.
