True Up Invoice Payment. Payment of any amount due, either from Buyer to Seller or from Seller to Buyer shall be made in U.S. Dollars within ten (10) Days after receipt of the original invoice. In case that payment date falls on a Sunday or holiday, then payment date will be the next Banking Day. In case that payment date falls on a Saturday, then payment date will be the prior Banking Day.
