Truncated Pricing Period. If a Put Cancellation Notice has been delivered to the Investor after the Put Date, the Pricing Period for such Put shall end at on the close of trading on the last full trading day on the Principal Market that ends prior to the moment of initial delivery of the Put Cancellation Notice (a "Truncated Pricing Period") to the Investor.
