Trust Administrator Covenants Concerning Year 2000 Compliance. The Trust Administrator covenants that it is working to modify its computer and other systems used in the performance of its duties as trust administrator for the Certificates to operate in a manner such that, on and after January 1, 2000, the Trust Administrator can perform its duties in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
