Trust Advertising Material. With respect to any piece of marketing, advertising, sales literature or other promotional material required to be furnished to the Trust or the Distributor pursuant to Section 5.5 of the Participation Agreement, the Company shall furnish to the Trust or the Distributor each such piece of advertising, sales literature or other promotional material at least ten (10) days prior to its use.
