Any action required or permitted to be taken by the Trust Advisory Board at a meeting may be taken without a meeting if the action is taken by unanimous written consent of the Trust Advisory Board as evidenced by one or more written consents describing the action taken, signed by the Trust Advisory Board and filed with the minutes or proceedings of the Trust Advisory Board.
