Trust Agreement and Bylaws. All Persons who own, or shall acquire, Shares in the Trust shall own, or shall acquire, the same subject to the provisions of this Trust Agreement and the Bylaws and shall be bound by the terms and provisions of this Trust Agreement and Bylaws. The Board of Trustees may from time to time, without requirement for any consent of the Shareholders, amend the Bylaws in any manner that does not violate the provisions of this Trust Agreement.
