Trust Agreement for Benefit of Parties thereto. Nothing in this Trust Agreement, whether expressed or implied, shall be construed to give to any Person, other than the Owner Trustee, the Trustor, the Lessees and the Trust Beneficiary any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Trust Agreement or the Owner Trust Estate, and this Trust Agreement shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of such Persons. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, the Companies shall be third party beneficiaries of Section 7.1(b).
