Trust Allocated Account. The Custody Account maintained by the Initial Custodian for the Trust pursuant to the Allocated Bullion Account Agreement, or if applicable, another account maintained by another Custodian recording the amount of gold bullion held for the Trust on an allocated basis, as the case may be.
