Trust and Confidence. Trust and Confidence. This Agreement establishes a relationship of trust and confidence between Property Manager and Owner. Accordingly, without limiting the provisions of Sections 2.1 and 2.2, Property Manager shall furnish its best skill and judgment in the performance of the Work so as to achieve a high degree of cost efficiency while maintaining quality performance and shall cooperate with Owner in protecting and furthering the best interests of Owner regarding the management of the Property.
