Common use of Trust Cut-off Date Clause in Contracts

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.05 and Section 5.01 of the SWSA, the remittance on September 18, 2006 to the Trust Fund is to include principal due after August 1, 2006 (the “Trust Cut-off Date”) plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected during the related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (b), (c), (d) and (e) of Section 5.01 of the SWSA.

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.05 and Section 5.01 of the SWSA, the remittance on September April 18, 2006 2007 to the Trust Fund is to include principal due after August March 1, 2006 2007 (the “Trust Cut-off Date”) plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected during the related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (b), (c), (d) and (ed) of Section 5.01 of the SWSA.

The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.05 and Section 5.01 of the SWSA, the remittance on September 18, 2006 2002 to the Trust Fund is to include principal due after August 1, 2006 2002 (the “"Trust Cut-off Date”") plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected during the related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (b), (c), (d) and (e) of Section 5.01 of the SWSA.5.01

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.05 and Section 5.01 of the SWSA, the remittance on September July 18, 2006 2007 to the Trust Fund is to include principal due after August June 1, 2006 2007 (the “Trust Cut-off Date”) plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected during the related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (b), (c), ) and (d) and (e) of Section 5.01 6.01 of the SWSA.

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.05 and Section 5.01 of the SWSA, the remittance on September 18February 20, 2006 to the Trust Fund is to include principal due after August January 1, 2006 (the “"Trust Cut-off Date”") plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected during the related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (b), (c), (d) and (e) of Section 5.01 of the SWSA.5.01

The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section Sections 4.05 and Section 5.01 of the SWSA, the remittance on September June 18, 2006 2005 to the Trust Fund (as defined below) is to include principal due after August May 1, 2006 2005 (the “Trust Cut-off Date”) plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected during the related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (b), (c), (d) and (ed) of Section 5.01 of the SWSA.
