Common use of Trust Cut-off Date Clause in Contracts

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.05 and Section 5.01 of the SWSA, the remittance on September 18, 2006 to the Trust Fund is to include principal due after August 1, 2006 (the “Trust Cut-off Date”) plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected during the related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (b), (c), (d) and (e) of Section 5.01 of the SWSA.

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.05 and Section 5.01 of the SWSA, the remittance on September 18February 20, 2006 2007, to the Trustee on behalf of the Trust Fund is to include principal due after August January 1, 2006 2007 (the “Trust Cut-off Date”) ), plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected during the related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (b), (c), (d) and (e) of Section 5.01 of the SWSA.

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.05 5.05 and Section 5.01 6.01 of the SWSA, the remittance on September 18June 23, 2006 to the Trust Fund is to include principal due after August May 1, 2006 (the “Trust Cut-off Date”) plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected during the related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (b), (c), ) and (d) and (e) of Section 5.01 6.01 of the SWSA.

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.05 and Section 5.01 of the SWSA, the remittance on September July 18, 2006 2004 to the Trust Fund is to include principal due after August June 1, 2006 2004 (the “"Trust Cut-off Date”") plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected during the related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (b), (c), (d) and (ed) of Section 5.01 of the SWSA.

The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.05 and Section 5.01 of the SWSA, the remittance on September 18May 20, 2006 2002 to the Trust Fund is to include principal due after August April 1, 2006 2002 (the “"Trust Cut-off Date”") plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected during the related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (b), (c), (d) and (e) of Section 5.01 of the SWSA.5.01

The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.05 and Section 5.01 of the SWSA, the remittance on September January 18, 2006 2004 to the Trust Fund is to include principal due after August December 1, 2006 2003 (the “"Trust Cut-off Date”") plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected during the related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (b), (c), (d) and (e) of Section 5.01 of the SWSA.5.01

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section Sections 4.05 and Section 5.01 of the 2004-M04 SWSA, the remittance on September 18December 20, 2006 2004 to the Trust Fund is to include principal due after August November 1, 2006 2004 (the “Trust Cut-off Date”) plus interest, interest at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected during the related Due Period Period, exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (b), (c), (d) and (ed) of Section 5.01 of the SWSA0000-X00 XXXX.
