Trust Deed Definitions. Subject to clause 1.9 of the Interest Rate Risk Management Agreement, words and expressions which are defined in the Trust Deed (unless the context otherwise requires, or unless otherwise defined in this Agreement or in the Interest Rate Risk Management Agreement) have the same meanings when used in this Agreement.
