At the Closing, the Trust shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Company: (a) the Amended Supplemental Agreement executed by the Trust; (b) the Trust Amendment executed by the Trustees; (c) the Escrow Agreement executed by the Trust; and (d) a certificate delivered by an officer of the Trust confirming the accuracy of the matters set forth in Section 6.2(a).
