Trust Estate; Related Documents. (a) When required by the provisions of this Servicing Agreement, the Depositor or the Grantor Trustee shall execute instruments to release property from the terms of the Grantor Trust Agreement or Custodial Agreement, as applicable, or convey the Depositor's or the Grantor Trustee's interest in the same, in a manner and under circumstances which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Servicing Agreement.
