Common use of Trust Expenses Clause in Contracts

Trust Expenses. The Owner Trustee shall be reimbursed from amounts on deposit in the Collection Account in accordance with Section 5.07(viii) of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement for the reasonable expenses of the Owner Trustee hereunder, including, without limitation, the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and duties under the Operative Agreements.

Trust Expenses.
