Common use of Trust Fund; Authentication of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Trust Fund; Authentication of Certificates. The Trustee acknowledges and accepts the assignment to it of the Trust Fund created pursuant to this Agreement in trust for the use and benefit of all present and future Certificateholders. The Trustee acknowledges the assignment to it for the benefit of the Trust Fund of the Mortgage Loans and has caused to be authenticated and delivered to or upon the order of the Depositor, in exchange for the Mortgage Loans, Certificates duly authenticated by the Trustee or, if an Authenticating Agent has been appointed pursuant to Section 4.06, the Authenticating Agent in authorized denominations evidencing ownership of the entire Trust Fund.
