Trust Fund Losses. The Trustee shall not be liable for any loss to or diminution of the Trust Fund resulting from: (a) subject to section 4.6.2, any act or omission of the Trustee in connection with the affairs of the Trust Fund; (b) breach of any Applicable Law respecting which the Trustee has not received notice as provided by section 9.2.1; or (c) the failure of the Company to provide notice of a change in the Company's relationships with certain parties in accordance with section 9.2.2.
