Common use of Trust Indenture Act of 1939 Clause in Contracts

Trust Indenture Act of 1939. The term “Trust Indenture Act of 1939” (except as herein otherwise expressly provided) shall mean the Trust Indenture Act of 1939, as amended, as in force at the date of this Indenture as originally executed.

The term “"Trust Indenture Act of 1939” (except as herein otherwise expressly provided) " shall mean the Trust Indenture Act of 1939, 1939 as amended, as it was in force at as of the date of this Indenture, except as provided in Article Eleven, and except in the event the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 is amended after such date, the term "Trust Indenture Act of 1939" means, to the extent required by any such amendment, the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 as originally executedso amended.
