Common use of Trust Indenture Act of 1939 Clause in Contracts

Trust Indenture Act of 1939. This Indenture shall be subject to the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 that are required to be a part of this Indenture and shall, to the extent applicable, be governed by such provisions. If and to the extent that any provision of this Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with another provision included in this Indenture by operation of Sections 310 to 317, inclusive, of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 (an "incorporated provision"), such incorporated provision shall control.
