Trust Indenture for Benefit of Owner, Mortgagee, Note Holders. Related Secured Parties and the other Indenture Indemnitees. Nothing in this Trust Indenture, whether express or implied, shall be construed to give any person other than the Owner, the Mortgagee, the Note Holders, Related Secured Parties and the other Indenture Indemnitees, any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Trust Indenture, except that the persons referred to in the penultimate paragraph of Section 4.02(b) shall be third party beneficiaries of such paragraph.
