Common use of Trust Licenses Clause in Contracts

Trust Licenses. Pursuant to Section 1(b) of the Administration Agreement, the Administrator will cause the Trust to use its best efforts to maintain the effectiveness of all licenses, if any, required to be held by the Trust under the laws of any jurisdiction in connection with ownership of the Receivables or the terms set forth in this Agreement and the Basic Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby until such time as the Trust shall terminate in accordance with the terms hereof.
