Common use of TRUST MERGER Clause in Contracts

In the event of any proposed Trust merg- er or consolidation the Employer signatory to this Agreement, who remains a co-signatory/Trustor with the AGC and the Union, shall be given adequate notice of such and shall have a meaningful op- portunity to bargain the impact of such merger or consolidation .
