Trust Note. The Trust Loan will be represented by a promissory note of the Trust (the "Trust Note"), substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, appropriately completed, dated the Closing Date, payable to the order of the Company in the original principal amount of the Trust Loan, or so much thereof as may at any time have been advanced hereunder and thereunder, on the maturity date thereof.
