Common use of Trust Obligations Clause in Contracts

Trust Obligations. No recourse may be taken, directly or indirectly, with respect to the obligations of the Issuing Entity on the Notes or under this Indenture or any certificate or other writing delivered in connection herewith or therewith, against (i) the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity, (ii) Chase USA, (iii) any owner of a beneficial interest in the Issuing Entity or (iv) any partner, owner, beneficiary, agent, officer, director, employee or agent of the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity, Chase USA, any holder of a beneficial interest in the Issuing Entity or the Owner Trustee or of any successor or assign of the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity, except as any such Person may have expressly agreed (it being understood that the Owner Trustee has no such obligations in its individual capacity).
