Common use of Trust Receipt and Initial Certification of the Custodian Clause in Contracts

Trust Receipt and Initial Certification of the Custodian. (a) No later than 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the Closing Date, the Custodian shall deliver to the Trustee, the Trust Administrator and the Depositor a Trust Receipt and Initial Certification certifying, subject to any exceptions noted thereon, as to each Mortgage Loan on the Mortgage Loan Schedule, (i) receipt of the original Mortgage Note and Assignment of Mortgage and (ii) that the Mortgage Note has been reviewed by the Custodian and appears regular on its face and relates to such Mortgage Loan.

No later than 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the Closing Date, the Custodian shall deliver to the Trustee, the Trust Administrator and the Depositor Trustee a Trust Receipt and Initial Certification certifying, subject to any exceptions noted thereon, as to each Mortgage Loan on the Mortgage Loan Schedule, (i) receipt of the original Mortgage Note and Assignment of Mortgage and (ii) that the Mortgage Note has been reviewed by the Custodian and appears regular on its face and relates to such Mortgage Loan.

(a) No later than 1:00 p.m. 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the Closing Date, the Custodian shall deliver to the Trustee, the Trust Administrator Master Servicer, the Seller and the Depositor a Trust Receipt and Initial Certification certifying, subject to any exceptions noted thereon, as to each Mortgage Loan Loan, on the Mortgage Loan Schedule, (i) receipt of the original Mortgage Note and Assignment of Mortgage and (ii) that the Mortgage Note has been reviewed by the Custodian and appears regular on its face and relates to such Mortgage Loan.
