Trust Supplement. The Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee hereby confirm and agree that upon execution and delivery of any Trust Supplement covering the Aircraft by the Owner Trustee substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C or any trust supplement covering a sublease of the Aircraft, this Agreement shall be supplemented by such Trust Supplement or such trust supplement without further action by the Owner Trustee or Indenture Trustee.

Trust Supplement. Each Certificateholder, by its acceptance of a Certificate, agrees that it will look solely to the income and proceeds from the Trust Property of the related Trust to the extent available for distribution to such Certificateholder as provided in this Basic Agreement and the related Trust Supplement. U.S. Bank National Association hereby accepts the trusts in this Supplemental Indenture declared and provided, upon the terms and conditions herein above set forth.
