Trust to Provide Documents. The Trust will provide to AGL one complete copy of all SEC registration statements, Trust Prospectuses, reports, any preliminary and final proxy material, applications for exemptions, requests for no-action letters, and all amendments to any of the above, that relate to the Trust or its shares, contemporaneously with the filing of such document with the SEC or other regulatory authorities.
