Trustee and Agents May Hold Securities; Collections, etc. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, Security Registrar or any other agent of Publishing, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities, with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent and, subject to Trust Indenture Act Sections 310 and 311, may otherwise deal with Publishing and receive, collect, hold and retain collections from Publishing with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

Trustee and Agents May Hold Securities; Collections, etc. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, Security Registrar or any other agent of Publishingthe Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities, with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent and, subject to Trust Indenture Act Section 6.08 hereof and Sections 310 and 311311 of the Trust Indenture Act, may otherwise deal with Publishing the Company and receive, collect, hold and retain collections from Publishing the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.
