Trustee and Agents May Hold Securities; Collections, etc. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, any Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner of pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 and 613 hereof and Sections 310 and 311 of the Trust Indenture Act, may otherwise deal with the Company and receive, collect, hold and retain collections from the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar or such other agent.

Trustee and Agents May Hold Securities; Collections, etc. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, any Registrar Security Registrar, or any other agent of the CompanyIssuer or the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner of or pledgee of Securities or Coupons with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee or such agent and, subject to Sections 608 and 613 hereof and Sections 310 and 311 of the Trust Indenture Actif operative, may otherwise deal with the Company Issuer and receive, collect, hold and retain collections from the Company Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar the Trustee or such other agent.
