Trustee and Agents May Hold Securities; Collections, etc. The Trustee or any agent of the Company, the Guarantor[s] or the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee or such agent and may otherwise deal with the Company or the Guarantor[s] and receive, collect, hold and retain collections from the Company or the Guarantor[s] with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee or such agent.

Trustee and Agents May Hold Securities; Collections, etc. The Trustee or any of its affiliates or any agent of the Company, the Guarantor[s] Company or the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities Securities, subject to Sections 6.10 and 6.13 with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee or such agent and may otherwise deal with the Company or the Guarantor[s] any Guarantor and receive, collect, hold and retain collections from the Company or the Guarantor[s] with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee or such agent.
