Dealings with the Issuer The Trustee, the Security Agent, any Transfer Agent, any Paying Agent, any Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer or of the Trustee or the Security Agent, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Class A Notes and may otherwise deal with the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Security Agent, Paying Agent, Transfer Agent, Registrar or such other agent, pursuant to Section 7.03 of the Indenture.
