Each of the Trustee, the Trust Administrator and any agent thereof, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Certificates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Trust Administrator or such agent and may transact banking and/or trust business with the Seller, the Master Servicer or their Affiliates.
