Trustee Appointed Attorney of Company to Make Conveyances. The Trustee is hereby irrevocably appointed the true and lawful attorney of the Company, in its name and stead, to make all necessary deeds, bills of sale and instruments of assignment, transfer or conveyance of the property thus sold, and for that purpose the Trustee may execute all such documents and instruments and may substitute one or more persons with like power. The Company hereby ratifies and confirms all that its said attorneys, or such substitute or substitutes, shall lawfully do by virtue hereof.
