Common use of Trustee as Holder of Senior Debt Clause in Contracts

Trustee as Holder of Senior Debt. The Trustee shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article Seventeen in respect of any Senior Debt of the Company at any time held by it to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Debt of the Company and nothing in this Indenture shall be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.
