Trustee, Certificate Administrator and Custodian to Cooperate; Release of Mortgage Files. Upon the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination or the receipt by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes, the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer shall immediately notify the Trustee, the Certificate Administrator and the Custodian and, if affected, the related Serviced Companion Loan Holder by delivery of a certification (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received or to be received in connection with such payment which are required to be deposited in the Collection Account pursuant to Section 3.05 of this Agreement have been or will be so deposited) of a Servicing Officer and shall request delivery to it of the Mortgage
