Trustee Compensation, Custodial Fee and Expenses. (a) On each Distribution Date, prior to making any distributions to Certificateholders, the Trustee shall withdraw from the Distribution Account and pay to itself the Trustee Compensation payable on such Distribution Date consisting of all income earned on amounts on deposit in the Distribution Account. The Trustee shall be provided a copy of the separate fee schedule between the Depositor and the Custodian. The Trustee shall withdraw from the Distribution Account on each Distribution Date and pay to the Custodian, the Custodial Fee prior to making any distributions to Certificateholders.
