Trustee Dealings with Partnership. The Trustee under the Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and subject to the provisions of the TIA relating to conflicts of interest and preferential claims may otherwise deal with the Partnership with the same rights it would have as if it were not the Trustee.
