Common use of Trustee Dealings with the Co-Issuers Clause in Contracts

Trustee Dealings with the Co-Issuers. Subject to certain terms set forth in the Indenture, the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with the Co-Issuers, the Guarantors their Subsidiaries or their respective Affiliates as if it were not the Trustee.

Trustee Dealings with the Co-Issuers. Subject to certain terms set forth in The Trustee or the Collateral Agent under the Indenture, the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may make loans to, accept deposits from, perform services for, and otherwise deal with with, the Co-Issuers, the Guarantors Issuers and their Subsidiaries or their respective Affiliates as if it were not the TrusteeTrustee or the Collateral Agent.
