The Trustee under the Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with and collect obligations owed to it by the Issuer or its Affiliates and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or its any of their Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee. Any Paying Agent, Registrar, co-Registrar or co-Paying Agent may do the same with like rights.

Trustee Dealings with the Issuer. The Trustee under the Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, capacity may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with and collect obligations owed to it by the Issuer become a creditor of, or its Affiliates and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or any of its Affiliates Affiliates, with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee.

Trustee Dealings with the Issuer. The Trustee under the Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with and collect obligations owed to it by the Issuer or its Affiliates and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or its Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee.

Trustee Dealings with the Issuer. The Subject to certain limitations, the Trustee under the Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee pledge of Notes and may otherwise deal with and collect obligations owed to it by the Issuer or its Affiliates and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or its Affiliates with the same rights it would have as if it were not Trustee.

Trustee Dealings with the Issuer. The Trustee under the Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, capacity may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with and collect obligations owed to it by the Issuer or its Affiliates and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or its Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee. For the avoidance of doubt, any Agent, Paying Agent, Transfer Agent, Authenticating Agent or Registrar may do the same with like rights.

Exhibit A - 12 The Trustee under the Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes Securities and may otherwise deal with and collect obligations owed to it by the Issuer or its Affiliates and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or its Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee.

The Trustee under the Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with and collect obligations owed to it by the Issuer Parent, its Subsidiaries or its their respective Affiliates and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or its Affiliates with the same rights it would have as if it were not the Trustee.
