Common use of Trustee Dealings with the Issuers Clause in Contracts

Any Agent may do the same with like rights.

The Trustee under the Indenture, in its individual or any other capacitycapacity may make loans to, may become accept deposits from, and perform services for the owner Issuers, the Subsidiary Guarantors or pledgee any Affiliate of Notes and may otherwise deal with and collect obligations owed to it by the Issuers or their Affiliates the Subsidiary Guarantors, and may otherwise deal with the Issuers or Issuers, the Subsidiary Guarantors and their respective Affiliates with the same rights it would have as if it were not Trustee.
