Trustee division separate. In acting as trustee for the Finance Parties, the Security Trustee shall be regarded as acting through its trustee division which shall be treated as a separate entity from any of its other divisions or departments and any information received by any other division or department of the Security Trustee may be treated as confidential and shall not be regarded as having been given to the Security Trustee's trustee division.
