Trustee division separate. (a) In acting as trustee for the Secured Parties, the Security Agent shall be regarded as acting through its trustee division which shall be treated as a separate entity from any of its other divisions or departments. (b) If information is received by another division or department of the Security Agent, it may be treated as confidential to that division or department and the Security Agent shall not be deemed to have notice of it.

(b) If information is received by another division or department of any Senior Secured Notes Trustee, it may be treated as confidential to that division or department and that Senior Secured Notes Trustee shall not be deemed to have notice of it.
