Common use of Trustee Entitled to Opinion Clause in Contracts

Trustee Entitled to Opinion. The Trustee, subject to the provisions of Sections 6.01 and 6.03, may receive an Opinion of Counsel as conclusive evidence that any such consolidation, merger, sale or conveyance, and any such assumption, complies with the provisions of this Article.
