Common use of Trustee Fees and Administrative Expenses Clause in Contracts

Trustee Fees and Administrative Expenses. The Trustee shall be entitled to a reasonable trustee fee as compensation for its administrative services, provided such fee is compatible with the trustee fees that it normally charges for Trust sub- accounts of a similar size and complexity. Also, the Trustee shall be entitled to reimbursement for any reasonable costs that it might normally occur from time to time in the fulfillment of its administration duties without prior notice to any party.
