Common use of Trustee Fees and Expenses; Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Trustee Fees and Expenses; Indemnity. (a) The Issuer covenants and agrees to pay to the Trustee and each Authorized Agent from time to time, and the Trustee and each Authorized Agent shall be entitled to, compensation as agreed in writing between the Issuer and the Trustee and the Issuer and such Authorized Agent, as applicable, from time to time (which compensation shall not be limited by any provision of Applicable Law in regard to the compensation of a trustee of an express trust).
