Trustee Liability for Agents. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the Trustee shall not be liable for any failure of the Paying Agent, the Authenticating Agent, the Tender Agent or the Remarketing Agent to perform in accordance with the Indenture any duty required or authorized herein to be performed by such Person or for any other acts or omissions of such Person.
